- Turnaround time: The number of time taken for refund to be completed may take upto 5-7 business working days.
- Technical issues: In the event of technical issues preventing access to purchased content, users are encouraged to contact Runmawi App's customer support for assistance. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a user suspects unauthorized transactions on their account or unauthorized access to their purchased content, they must notify Runmawi Support immediately. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be provided upon verification by Runmawi.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Purchase Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their purchase if the purchased content is unused/unwateched. Once user starts watching the content, cancellation of payment may not be claimed. Upon cancellation, access to premium content will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle. In case of refund, payment gateway fees and taxes applicable on the fees may not be refunded once payment has been captured.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel a purchase, users may contact customer support and provide information requested by the team.
